RETURNS

If for any reason you need to return your item(s) please contact us by email within 10 business days of receiving the sunglasses stating your intention to return the sunglasses. Item(s) must be unworn, new products. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Packages must be postmarked within 3 days of contacting us in order to qualify for refund. If the parcel is not postmarked within three days, we cannot refund.

Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Please note, if an email is not sent within the initial 10 business days of receiving the sunglasses, the sunglasses may not be exchanged or returned. The date an order is delivered is considered the day the sunglasses is received, irrespective of where you are in the world. Also, on returns we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend tracking or delivery confirmation on all returns once approved.

EXCHANGES

Item(s) must be unworn or defective merchandise purchased on ADSR-STORE.com for exchange. In order to be eligible for exchange, sunglasses must be the original condition including sunglasses, case, cloth and the box. Any sunglasses with anything removed or missing will not be considered for exchange.

Please email (info@adsr-store.com) within 10 business days of receiving the sunglasses stating your intention to exchange the sunglasses and indicate the sunglasses name and color you wish to exchange it for (pending inventory of that item). We'll then provide an exchange form with insutructions for mailing the item back that will need to be completed and included in your exchange.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your exchange, we'll begin processing your new shipment. If the sunglasses you wish to exchange for is a different price, we'll either refund, credit or invoice the difference accordingly.
